Very. Vague exclusions cause scope creep. List every deliverable-adjacent thing the client might assume is included but isn't.
If you're VAT-registered, quote ex-VAT amounts and add a note that VAT applies. If not VAT-registered, no VAT line needed.
30 days is standard. Prices and availability change; a stale proposal isn't binding.
A signed proposal is stronger evidence of agreement. Email confirmation is generally sufficient for smaller projects.
